Our company offers new feed screws for: blow film, blow moulding, injection blow moulding, compounding & pelletizing, extrusion, and injection [either single (including 3 piece tip) or 2 stage].  Our capacities of manufacturing screws are from 1/2”-10” in diameter, with a maximum length of 300”.  However, a screw measuring over 240” and up to 300” will be in 2 pieces with a thread connection.

All general purpose screws are made of 4140 HTSR materials.  We also offer special applications of Dura Nickel, Hastalloy, Inconell, and Stainless Steel.

We use a PTA Plasma Welding System to weld the top of flights, with Colmonoy #56, 88, or 83; or Stellite #1, 12, or 6.  If you are running a hard or abrasive material, for example, glass field, we offer screws made from D2 material (through hardening to 60-62 RC), or Nitraloy M-135 material (nitrided .020 deep to 67-69 RC).

We also supply barrels/cylinders with a bimetallic ID liner, a general purpose liner, 60-62 RC hardness, .060-.080 liner thickness per side, or a harder carbide liner of 66-70 RC (if you are running some hard or abrasive material), for all plastic machines.  This allows the barrel to be honed a few times while still maintaining its ID hardness.

BIZAL Design also rebuilds existing screws to fit your barrel ID size, and we also modify screws in order to obtain greater performance.

Noticeable quality is put into every product we offer as we strive to meet and exceed customer requirements.
